Email hello@realboring.com with a short description of the problem, your iOS version, and your KeptIt app version. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or sensitive saved content.
Saving or syncing problems
Keep the app installed and avoid deleting local data while a save or sync issue is being investigated. Note the approximate time and the source app used. If possible, include a screenshot that does not expose private content.
Sign in with Apple
Confirm you are using the same Apple account previously used with KeptIt. If authentication continues to fail, contact support before creating a second account.
Account and privacy requests
Account deletion can be requested from within KeptIt. You may also email support for access, correction, export, deletion, or other privacy requests. KeptIt may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.

Send suspected security or privacy issues to hello@realboring.com. Please avoid including customer content or live credentials.
